Learn to move with fluidity, ease, and flexibility. In Feldenkrais – Awareness through Movement® classes, the teacher verbally guides you through a sequence of gentle movements that utilize attention, perception, and imagination. Classes are taught by Mary Lou Stanley who studied with Dr. Feldenkrais and has been teaching the method since 1983.

What to wear to class
It is best to wear loose comfortable clothing that is easy to move and breathe in. Warm layers and warm socks are also recommended for fall and winter classes.
